• Items may be returned within 28 days of delivery, though courier or collection fees may apply. 

Made-to-Order:

• Free delivery to UK mainland.
• 8-12 weeks disptach timeframe.
• Made-to-order designs cannot be amended, cancelled, or returned.

We ensure that we wrap all items securely to minimise the possibility of breakages. If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the specified time please contact us immediately info@bokel.co.uk.

If for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order, or if your order cannot be met or delivered within the specified time, we will contact you to make alternative arrangements.
