Bokel is a small, family-run online furniture and homeware store founded by Chloe Stephens in 2020. Based in the countryside in the North East of England and inspired by family roots in Bokel, Germany, the brand was created from a simple frustration: the choice between beautiful but out-of-reach high-end furniture and fast furniture that was not made to last. 

Bokel offers thoughtfully crafted furniture and homeware for people who want their homes to feel personal, warm, and enduring. Our own Bokel Home range sits at the heart of the collection, with customisable solid-wood pieces designed for real homes, real rooms, and the people who live in them.

Interiors should reflect personality rather than fleeting trends. Through natural materials, timeless design, and considered sourcing, Bokel encourages a slower, more thoughtful way of furnishing, one that values quality, character, and pieces that can be used and appreciated for years to come.
