are normal and not considered defects.

Customer Responsibilities

Failed Delivery

9. Risk & Ownership

Eligible for standard returns
Must be unused and in original packaging
Return shipping costs apply unless faulty
12. Refunds
Processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods
Issued to the original payment method
We may reduce refunds if:
items are damaged
packaging is missing
13. Trade Customers
Trade customers:
are considered business customers
may not receive consumer protections
are subject to separate trade terms
14. Custom Design Service
Designs must be approved before production
Customers are responsible for measurements and specifications
Changes after approval may incur additional costs
15. Product Use
Products are intended for domestic use unless agreed.
We are not liable for:

incorrect assembly
modifications
16. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes your legal rights.

17. Force Majeure
