Failed Delivery

9. Risk & Ownership

10. Damage & Faults

11. Cancellations & Returns

Cannot be cancelled once production has begun

Non-cancellable once approved

Non-refundable unless faulty


In-Stock Furniture & Branded Homeware

Eligible for standard returns

Must be unused and in original packaging

Return shipping costs apply unless faulty


12. Refunds

Processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods

Issued to the original payment method

We may reduce refunds if:

items are damaged

packaging is missing


13. Trade Customers

Trade customers:

14. Custom Design Service

Designs must be approved before production

Customers are responsible for measurements and specifications

Changes after approval may incur additional costs

Nothing in these Terms excludes your legal rights.

17. Force Majeure
