By recycling old timber from historic Indonesian buildings, this bench gives beautiful wood a second life while protecting living forests from being cut down. Because this mature wood spent decades weathering the elements in its past life, it has fully settled and naturally pre-shrunk. This means it will not warp, crack, or twist when introduced to the central heating and changing temperatures inside your home. Packed with its own dense, natural oils, this heavy-duty timber is highly durable and completely chemical-free. Unlike outdoor teak, this indoor bench is designed to keep its rich, warm wood tones over time, providing a tough, character-filled centrepiece with a unique history.

All factories have undergone a social audit by a respected assurance company and have been awarded a BSCI-compliant certification to guarantee that workers' rights are protected.
