FAQ
Why is mango wood a durable choice for dressing tables?
Mango wood is a solid hardwood, offering greater strength and durability than MDF or veneer. Engineered materials can be more prone to wear over time, particularly at edges, whereas solid wood maintains its structure and can be refinished if needed.
Our mango wood is also sourced as a by-product of the fruit industry in India, where trees are replanted once they stop bearing fruit. This makes it a more sustainable material, while still offering the strength and character of solid wood.
What size side table should I choose?
The right size depends on the space available and how the table will be used. More compact designs work well beside seating or in smaller rooms, while larger tables provide more surface area. Where can side tables be used?
Side tables can be used in living rooms, bedrooms or alongside seating, providing a convenient surface for everyday items such as lighting, books or drinks.
Where should a side table be placed next to a sofa?
Side tables are typically placed beside or slightly in front of a sofa or chair, allowing easy access to everyday items such as drinks, books or lighting.
Should a side table be level with the sofa?
Side tables are usually chosen to sit level with or slightly below the arm of a sofa or chair, making them more practical for everyday use.
