- Furniture Delivery: Free delivery is available to most UK mainland addresses. Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and island or offshore addresses may incur additional charges. Please email support@bokel.co.uk with your postcode before ordering if you’re unsure about delivery availability or charges. Please allow 3-4 working days for in-stock pieces.
- Homeware Delivery: Enjoy free Standard homeware delivery on orders of £50 or more, including when you add homeware to a furniture order. For smaller orders, the applicable delivery charge is shown at checkout.
- Made-to-Order Pieces: Our standard made-to-order furniture is crafted after ordering, with an estimated production and delivery lead time of 8–16 weeks. Disruptions to production or shipping may extend delivery beyond 16 weeks. Please refer to the estimate on the product page or confirmed with your order.
- Custom Design Service: Bespoke pieces made to your agreed specifications typically have an estimated production and delivery lead time of 8–16 weeks. Please refer to your individual project quote. Global events and production or shipping disruption may extend this estimate.
- Delivery Service: Furniture delivery does not include delivery to a room of your choice. Please arrange any help needed to move furniture into position after delivery. For questions about the delivery handover point or access, email support@bokel.co.uk before ordering.
