FAQ
Are solid wood bedside tables better than MDF or veneer?
Solid wood bedside tables tend to be more durable and longer-lasting than MDF or veneer alternatives. They are less prone to surface wear and can be easily refinished and repaired over time if needed.
Can wood be stained or refinished?
Our solid wood can be easily stained or painted to suit your space and the look you want to achieve. If you’d prefer to apply your own finish, our Custom Design Service can provide bedside tables in a raw finish. Alternatively, choose from a range of custom stains or hand-painted options, which we can apply for you.
Discover our finish options on our sample page, where you can also order free samples.
Are your bedside tables easy to assemble?
Items are delivered either fully assembled or with minimal assembly required, depending on the design. All pieces are supplied assembled rather than flat pack.
Where an item is part-assembled, this typically involves attaching the legs or feet using the screws and Allen key provided.
How high should a bedside table be?
A bedside table is typically chosen to sit level with or slightly below the top of your mattress, making it easy to reach items from the bed.
